Shipping & Delivery
Orders place on Birch Jewellers website will be shipped as soon as physically possible by the best method. All items are fully insured and will only be sent to the registered card holders address (this includes payments made by PayPal). Where items are prohibited to be sent, if an order is placed then your order will be cancelled and you will be refunded and notified. If for any reason we cannot ship your item we will always notify you. You can check the status of your order by logging in to the website if you have registered.
Privacy & Security
We will never share any of your contact details with any 3rd parties. We collect email addresses only for marketing if you approve this. You telephone number is required incase we need to contact you regarding your order. For security wherever your personal or sensitive details are transmitted they are passed through our secured server using 128-bit encryption.
Returns & Replacements
In the unlikely event that the item you receive is damaged or faulty you must contact us ASAP. We will then guide you through the necessary steps to arrange repair, replacement or a refund of the item.
